Welcome to sulumé
The Art of Regeneration
For people who lead, function, and bear the consequences of decisions. In their professional and everyday lives.
People who sense that their body needs something different than what the calendar tells them to.
This is not just about relaxation, it's about the regeneration of the nervous system .
So that focus, strength and emotion can be brought back into harmony.
You were strong for everyone for a long time?
Now you will stand up for yourself!
sulumé is for people who perform a lot every day and realize that their body needs a break.
This is neither about wellness nor about performance.
It's about physical, mental, and spiritual regeneration.
In my courses I combine various relaxation techniques such as,
Autogenic training, progressive muscle relaxation, Qigong, sound and breathwork
to an experience that goes deeper than mere rest.
You will learn how to move from constant functioning back to feeling and sensing .
As your nervous system calms down , your breathing deepens, and your body releases what it has held onto for too long.
Without pressure to perform, without "having to" and without taking on a role.
Just you, and what your body wants to show you.

The sulumé-System™ – Regeneration with Structure
In my courses, I guide people who want to experience peace and quiet.
The sulumé-System™ combines movement, breath, mental focus and sound into a clear, structured process of regeneration .
A key component is the MicroResets™. Short, targeted exercises that you can use in everyday life to realign body and mind.
They work where relaxation is often no longer enough: in the nervous system.

I participated in the mindfulness training, and it was a very beneficial experience. The blend of Chi Gong, meditation, and mindful guidance helped me calm down and recharge my batteries. The atmosphere was relaxed and authentic—a definite recommendation for anyone who wants to consciously slow down.

Basics for relaxation
Why relaxation is so valuable
Relaxation is more than just taking a break. It allows the body and nervous system to regulate themselves, reduces stress-related tension , and creates mental clarity .
In a society where many people are constantly functioning at full capacity, stress management becomes a health competency.
How relaxation works:
• Physically: Muscles relax, breathing deepens, the nervous system switches to parasympathetic mode.
• Mental: Thoughts become calmer, focus emerges
• Emotional: Stresses lose their heaviness, inner stability becomes more noticeable.
Why this is important
Regular relaxation periods strengthen resilience, improve sleep, support healthy stress management , and promote a better sense of well-being. Studies also show that relaxation strengthens the immune system and fosters creativity.
Ways to Relaxation
There are various methods to reduce stress and regulate the nervous system, e.g.:
• Autogenic training
• Progressive muscle relaxation (PMR)
• Qigong
• Breathwork
• Dream journeys and sound
• Body awareness (mindfulness)
These methods are part of stress prevention and support people who carry a lot of responsibility and have little room to breathe in their daily lives.
Achtsame Impulse sind meine leisen Gedanken unterwegs: in der Natur, zwischen Terminen, im Alltag.
