My carefully selected retreats invite you to breathe deeply, connect, and recharge – completely with yourself, completely in the now.

I accompany small groups on four-day retreats that are mindfully designed and lovingly led.
With elements of Qigong, autogenic training, fantasy journeys and sound work, space is created for relaxation and inner space –
in the rhythm of rest and movement.

Why relaxation is so valuable

Relaxation is much more than simply "doing nothing." It's a state of inner peace in which body, mind, and emotions are allowed to return to balance. Our breathing becomes calmer, our thoughts become clearer , and our muscles relax. We feel lighter, more connected – with ourselves and our surroundings.

 

Relaxation works on several levels:

  • Physically, by releasing tension and calming the nervous system

  • Mentally, when the flow of thoughts slows down and the head feels “freer”

  • Emotionally, when we can feel: Everything is good, just as it is right now

 

And why is this so important?

In a world that often pushes and demands us, we need conscious moments of deceleration. Because relaxation is not a luxury – it is essential to life. It strengthens us, allows us to regenerate , and ensures that we not only function, but truly live.

What regular relaxation times can achieve:

Inner balance : Stresses become less heavy, feelings like anger or being overwhelmed fade into the background and allow us to sleep better: the body can let go, the mind can rest – for a deep, restful sleep.

Stronger immune system: Fewer stress hormones, more resilience. More clarity & creativity: The best ideas often arise in silence.

More body awareness: You feel what is good for you – without any distractions

How do I find relaxation?

There are many paths—the important thing is that you find the one that suits you. You might like:

  • Breathing exercises that gently bring you into the now

  • Qigong or gentle movement in nature to connect with your body

  • Meditation, guided imagery or sound to calm your mind

  • Autogenic training or PMR , for targeted deep relaxation

  • Or simply: a quiet walk , perhaps barefoot through the morning dew…

Relaxation is an invitation – to you. Get out of the carousel of thoughts and into the moment. Away from the outside world and into yourself. Because that's exactly where true well-being begins.
